Credit Ledger Book — your digital udhaar / khata book
Last updated: 29 August 2026Your ledger stays on your phone. We don’t sell your data, and we never see your card or bank details.
Customer names and numbers, udhaar and payment entries, notes, receipt photos and voice notes — all of it is saved inside the app on your device. It only goes anywhere if you choose: turning on backup, exporting a PDF, or sharing a reminder on WhatsApp or SMS.
Backup is optional. It goes to your own Google Drive (Android) or your own iCloud (iOS) — not to us. You can turn it off or delete the backup from the app anytime.
Signing in is needed only for backup and to keep your premium across devices. With Google or Apple sign-in we get just your name and email. If you use Apple’s “Hide My Email”, we only see the hidden address.
Apple and Google handle every payment. Your card, UPI and bank details never reach us. We only keep what’s needed to know your premium is active, restore it when you reinstall, and help you if something goes wrong.

Free users see Google AdMob ads, which may use your advertising ID. On iPhone we ask permission first — say no and you’ll simply get non-personalised ads. Premium removes ads. Your ledger is never shared with advertisers.
We collect crash reports and basic usage counts (which screens are opened) so we can fix bugs and improve the app. This never includes your customers or amounts.

Google Firebase (sign-in, crash reports, notifications), Google AdMob (ads), Google Drive and Apple iCloud (your backup), Google Play and Apple App Store (payments), OneSignal (notifications). Each has its own privacy policy.
This is a business tool meant for ages 16 and above. We don’t knowingly collect data from children under 13.
If we update this policy, the date at the top changes and we’ll tell you in the app.
