2. Age Requirement
The App is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. Do not use this App if you are under 18.
3. Information We Collect
3.1 Information you provide
- Text prompts/messages you submit in the App for chat responses or specific image-generation requests.
- Account data when you sign in: Google account sign-in data, Apple sign-in data, or email/password account data.
3.2 Information collected automatically
- Device and app analytics data (for example app events, diagnostics, crash logs, device identifiers).
- Advertising identifiers and ad interaction data used for ad delivery and measurement.
- Push notification tokens and related delivery status data.
3.3 Data we do not collect from your direct input
- No direct image upload input from users in the current app flow.
4. AI Processing Model
The App uses local on-device AI models for chat and image generation features. Users provide text input only. That text can be used to generate chat replies or specific images requested by the user. Text prompts/messages are processed locally for generation functionality.
Third-party AI transfer: We do not send your chat prompts/messages to third-party AI providers for inference.
5. Why We Use Data
- To provide AI chat and AI-powered generation features.
- To create and manage user accounts and authentication.
- To support subscriptions, entitlement verification, fraud prevention, and billing support.
- To operate, secure, maintain, and improve app performance.
- To send notifications you enable.
- To serve and measure ads in the free experience.
6. Third-Party Services
We use service providers that may process data on our behalf:
- Firebase (Google) - analytics, crash reporting, authentication, and backend services.
- Google AdMob - ad delivery and ad measurement.
- Unity Ads - ad delivery and ad measurement.
- OneSignal - push notification delivery.
- Apple and Google payment platforms - in-app purchase and subscription billing processing.
These providers are expected to apply protections that are the same as or stronger than this policy and applicable law.
7. Subscriptions
The App offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions. Subscription title, duration, pricing, and billing terms are shown on the purchase screen and in the relevant app store listing at checkout.
Billing is managed by Apple App Store and Google Play. We may process limited transactional data (such as subscription status, receipts, or tokens) to verify active access and prevent abuse.

8. Data Retention
We retain data only as long as needed for service delivery, account operations, legal compliance, and dispute handling. Retention duration can vary by data type and legal requirement.
