Overview

Arrowdo: Puzzle Maze Escape (the “App”) is provided by DI Labs (“we”, “us”, or “our”). This policy explains the information handled by the App and the choices available to you.

The App does not require you to create an Arrowdo account or directly provide your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, precise location, or payment information.

Information handled by the App

Game progress and preferences Levels, scores, coins, lives, stars, streaks, hints, and sound, vibration, and theme preferences are stored on your device so the game can work and remember your progress. If you sign in to Google Play Games, this progress may also be backed up using Google Play Games Saved Games.
App analytics and diagnostics Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics may process device and app information, app interactions, gameplay events, crash logs, diagnostics, app version, and operating-system information to help us understand use of the App and improve stability.
Advertising information Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) may process advertising identifiers, IP address, approximate location inferred from IP address, device and network information, and ad interactions to display and measure ads, prevent fraud, and apply frequency limits.
Google Play Games If you sign in to Google Play Games, it may process your Google Play Games profile, score information, and backed-up game progress to provide sign-in, leaderboards, and Saved Games backup. Google handles this information under its own privacy practices.

How information is used

  • To save progress and apply your game settings.
  • To operate, secure, maintain, and improve the App.
  • To understand gameplay and app performance.
  • To diagnose and fix crashes or technical problems.
  • To show, measure, and limit advertising, including preventing invalid traffic.
  • To provide Google Play Games leaderboard features when you choose to use them.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information for money. Information is processed by service providers that help us operate the App, including Google Firebase, Google Mobile Ads, Google Play services, and Google Play Games.

Advertising providers may use identifiers and app activity for advertising purposes where permitted by your settings and applicable law.

Data retention and deletion

Game progress and preferences remain on your device until you clear the App’s storage or uninstall the App. If you use Google Play Games Saved Games, backed-up progress is processed and retained by Google according to its applicable policies and settings. Other information processed by Google services is retained according to Google’s applicable policies and settings.

To remove local game data, clear Arrowdo’s storage from your Android device settings or uninstall the App.

Notifications

The App may ask for permission to send game reminders. You can decline the request or change this permission at any time in your Android device settings.

Children’s privacy

The App is not intended to knowingly collect personal information directly from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information directly to us, please contact us so we can address the request.

Security and international processing

We use reasonable safeguards for the information we handle. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Our service providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the App or our data practices change. We will post the updated version here and revise the “Last updated” date.
