Smart Photo Cleaner โ Gallery Cleanup & Photo Management
Last updated: July 25, 2026The App may request access to photos, videos, and media files stored on your device. This access is required to scan, analyze, group, display, protect, and delete selected media files based on your instructions.
On Android 14 and later, you may choose to grant the App limited (partial) access to only selected photos and videos instead of your full library. On iOS, the App may also request permission to add or update items in your photo library, which is used only to complete a cleanup you've confirmed.
Photo and video analysis is primarily performed locally on your device. Media files are not uploaded to an external server for photo analysis unless a future feature clearly informs you and obtains your consent.
The App may store the following locally on your device, using local storage or an SQLite database:
The App does not automatically delete photos or videos without your action. You can review and select media files before deletion. Depending on your operating system, you may also need to confirm deletion through a system confirmation dialog.
The App may use the following third-party services:
| Service | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Google AdMob | Displaying advertisements |
| Firebase Analytics | Understanding app usage |
| Firebase Crashlytics | Crash and stability reporting |
| Firebase Remote Config | Remotely managing app settings |
These services may collect information such as device information, advertising identifiers, app interactions, approximate location derived from IP address, diagnostics, and crash logs, according to their own privacy policies.
If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) gives you the following rights over any personal data processed in connection with the App (such as advertising or analytics identifiers):

International transfers: our third-party providers โ Google AdMob and Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics, Remote Config) โ may process data on servers located outside your country, including in the United States, under their own applicable safeguards (such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses).
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the CPRA, gives you the following rights:
Categories of information collected in the past 12 months:

We do not sell personal information for money. Sharing advertising identifiers with AdMob for personalized ads may be considered a "share" under the CPRA's broad definition; you can opt out below.
The App has not knowingly sold or shared the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.
The App is not specifically designed for children under the minimum legal age required in the user's country. The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children without appropriate consent.
Local scan data, preferences, cached thumbnails, protected-photo records, and history may remain on your device until you clear the App's data, delete the records, or uninstall the App.
You can remove locally stored app data by clearing the App's storage or uninstalling the application. Data handled by third-party services is retained according to those providers' policies.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
